PREGNANCY: A MINDFUL JOURNEY
Begin or deepen your mindfulness practice to be fully present for the transformative experiences of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. This 6-Week Course offers 12 hours of instruction, and requires a commitment to 30 minutes of practice 5-6 days per week. Class size is limited to 8 couples in order to maintain an intimate environment.
